Prominent African Americans including the Congressional Black Caucus have spoken out against the Janice Brown appointment and have not taken issue with this cartoon. When shown to the Senate by Orrin Hatch as an example of racism by the other side, Dems, he never mentioned that Black.com was responsible for the cartoon.
